SLIIT Career Guidance Unit
SLIIT has a well established Career Guidance Unit that serves as a coordinating body between the students and organizations providing academic and career counseling service as well as employment placement services.
The Career Guidance Unit provides counseling and guidance services to students to choose their career path through individual counseling sessions and workshops. Students are assisted when creating CVs and preparing for interviews.
The unit works closely with industry and employment agencies to ensure that students have the skills and knowledge for career success. Job search workshops and career fairs are organized to help students to contact potential employers.
