SLIIT English Help Desk
Clarity in communication and skill in the use of the English language are of cardinal importance to professionals in IT industry which includes IT-BPO services. As such, all students are required to take the prescribedcourses to obtain the degree. To further enhance the communication and language skills of the students, SLIIT offers a novel method of assisting students as and when they require such assistance through the English Help Desk.
The English Help Desk manned by staff of the English Language Teaching Unit provides a service to any student who requires assistance in understanding lecture material, preparation of assignments and research papers, editing & drafting of reports, etc.
